• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on products and collaborating with colleagues.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards.
• Maintain personal and team productivity goals and store quality.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales staff, and store leadership.
• Learn and share product knowledge and trends to meet customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of current or upcoming products and trends.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
