Qualifications

• 0–3 years of retail experience.
• Confident in engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on products and teaming with co-workers for excellent service.
• Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and meet operational expectations; maintain personal and productivity goals.
• Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
• Learn and share product knowledge and trends to fit customer needs.
