Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicle damage is correctly captured and documented
• Follow recognised manufacturer methods including Thatcham and Ezi‑Methods
• Process estimates based on site capacity and budget
• Support KPI monitoring to drive revenue and efficiency
• Liaise with customers to set repair expectations and discuss any extra work required
• Flag safety concerns relating to the repair
• Assist the Customer Service team with technical queries
• Keep estimates updated to reflect approvals and final values for invoicing

• Is an experienced, ATA VDA Estimator
• Can demonstrate knowledge across all body repair processes
• Is confident using Audatex, GT Motive, Thatcham, Ezi‑Methods and Microsoft Office
• Communicates clearly and works well under pressure
• Delivers consistently accurate, high‑quality work
