AECOM is seeking an Associate Director to lead our planning consents team from our UK offices, including Cardiff, Bristol and Chesterfield, under a hybrid working policy. You will manage major infrastructure projects in energy, rail and water sectors, provide strategic planning guidance, and develop client relationships.

The role demands significant experience in leading DCO processes, strong leadership, and a track record in business development.

Qualifikationen

• Significant relevant experience of leading applications for planning consent for large infrastructure projects across a range of consenting regimes.
• Expert witness experience would be advantageous.
• Proven client relationships and business development experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning consents service and manage delivery to time and budget.
• Provide line management and mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead major development applications, including the DCO process and strategic planning advice.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on programme.
• Oversee quality assurance and health and safety in project deliverables.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
