Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in London seeks an Associate Director/Associate to join its PMCM team, delivering major projects across infrastructure sectors. You will lead and develop dedicated project management and commercial teams, build lasting client relationships, and drive sustainable, net-zero aligned outcomes.

The role offers hybrid working with flexible office/home arrangements, opportunities for chartership, and a focus on innovation and high performance within a global engineering leader.

Qualifications

• PMP, APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, client management and team development.
• Excellent cost management, budgeting and NEC3/4 ECC contract management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing Project Management teams across PMCM sectors.
• Drive business growth and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Deliver major infrastructure projects to high standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage scope, cost, schedule and risk.
