Job summary

WSP Global Inc. seeks project professionals to strengthen its NEC ECC PM team in the UK, delivering diverse infrastructure projects across highways, rail, urban development, energy, water and more.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, engage clients, and drive successful delivery from concept to completion. The role requires experience across multiple sectors, strong stakeholder skills, and a pathway to chartership (APM, MRICS, MCCIOB, MCIHT, CEng, MAPM or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial acumen with NEC4/ECC contract management knowledge (accreditation or significant experience).
• On a path to chartership ideally or current membership of professional institutions (e.g., APM, MRICS, MCCIOB, MCIHT, CEng, MAPM, MICE).
• Commitment to professional development, sustainability, and health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Experience across sectors including water, energy, defence, roads and utilities.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with Client Project managers.
• Manage projects with clients in highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, water, and large-scale utilities.
• Contribute to business development and bid activities within existing commissions and new bids.
• Monitor and improve contract performance and outcomes across programs.
