Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate/Associate Director PMCM to lead major infrastructure projects. You will manage teams, grow client relationships and drive delivery across highways, rail, civils and energy sectors, with emphasis on net zero and sustainability.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and mentor staff while expanding PMCM services. Hybrid work in the UK supported with development opportunities and chartership pathways.

Qualifications

• Qualified with PMP, APM, or PRINCE2 and experience managing large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client management experience.
• Commercial acumen including cost management and budget forecasting; NEC3/4 ECC experience.
• Knowledge of resource management and forecasting; leadership and line management.
• Ability to drive innovation and deliver projects to KPIs.
• Commitment to civil infrastructure, sustainability, and professional development.
• Degree in civil engineering or project/construction management.
• Professional membership in APM/MRICS/MCCIOB/MCIHT/CEng/MAPM/MICE desirable.
• NEC3/4 ECC PM accreditation advantageous.
