Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate Director for Project Management within PMCM across UK sectors. You will lead and develop cross‑disciplinary teams, driving growth and ensuring delivery against scope, cost, schedule and risk.

You will engage stakeholders, manage client relationships, and oversee complex infrastructure programs with a focus on sustainability and net zero objectives. Hybrid, flexible working options and development support are offered.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Extensive stakeholder engagement and client-management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen including cost management and budget forecasting.
• Experience with NEC3/4 ECC contracts beneficial.
• Degree in Civil/Project Management or equivalent; chartership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing project teams across PMCM sectors.
• Drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
• Deliver major projects on scope, cost, schedule and risk.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, risk and PMO.
• Support development and mentoring of high-potential team members.
