Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks an Associate/Associate Director Project Management specialist to lead major infrastructure projects across PMCM sectors in the UK, including a focus on net zero and sustainability. You will guide diverse teams and manage client relationships from concept to delivery, with a view to achieving strategic outcomes from Birmingham to nationwide projects.

• Recognised qualifications (PMP/APM/PRINCE2) and experience managing large infrastructure programmes.
• Extensive stakeholder engagement and client management with high performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen including cost management, budgeting, and NEC contract oversight.

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across major projects within PMCM sectors.
• Drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and manage project scope, cost, and schedule.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to high standards.
