Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is hiring an Associate/Associate Director PMCM to lead and develop project management teams across major infrastructure programmes in the UK.

You will drive delivery, manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk while strengthening client relationships and maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and net-zero initiatives. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across PMCM sectors, guide senior professionals, and contribute to business growth, governance, and strategic

Qualifications

• Qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) and experience managing large-scale infrastructure programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership experience.
• Commercial acumen including NEC3/4 ECC contract management.
• Experience with resource forecasting and leading teams.
• Chartered or path to chartership desirable.
