Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate / Associate Director in Project Management to join a growing UK team delivering major infrastructure projects across highways, rail, urban civils and energy. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships and push for sustainable outcomes.

You will work closely with design, cost, planning and risk management teams to ensure delivery to the highest standards, while supporting career development within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Recognised certifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2) or equivalent.
• Experience leading large-scale multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
• Strong commercial and NEC3/4 ECC contract management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing project teams across PMCM sectors.
• Deliver major projects on scope, cost, schedule and risk with NEC contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and governance.
• Drive sustainable, net-zero focused project outcomes.
