Overview

I'm currently working with an impressive building consultancy, who are looking to add a Bristol based Chartered, Associate Director level, Building Surveyor to their small but high calibre team.

Responsibilities

• Lead their Bristol office as a Chartered, Associate Director level Building Surveyor.
• Deliver a range of professional and project services across industrials and commercial work.
• Manage a considerable pipeline of existing work due to a large framework agreement, collaborating with Asset Managers and Investor clients.
• Support and develop the Bristol team with opportunities for leadership and growth into Director level roles.
• Contribute to the continued development of the consultancy, building on its established presence in Manchester, London and other locations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Building Surveyor with Associate Director level experience.
• Proven capability to lead a regional office and manage a diverse project portfolio.
