The Team
The Global Communications function plays a critical role in shaping and delivering Fidelity’s reputation and strategy. We provide communications leadership across internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment, engagement, and impact.
This role sits within the Investment Solutions & Services (ISS) Communications team, a globally integrated function responsible for delivering high-impact communications for Fidelity’s investment management and client proposition businesses. The Associate Director will report to the Head of ISS Communications and work closely with colleagues across geographies and business units.

This Associate Director role is a senior strategic leadership position, accountable for the design, delivery, and governance of all employee communications related to:
You will act as a senior advisor and employee communications partner to the firm’s most senior leaders. You will lead complex, cross-functional communication programs that connect business strategy to employee engagement, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum across Fidelity’s global network.
This is a role for an employee communications leader with strong business acumen, deep knowledge of the asset management industry, and a proven ability to drive change through influence and execution.
