Clancy is seeking an Associate Bid Manager in the UK to help build high‑quality bid submissions and drive industry innovation. You will collaborate with bid managers, executives and specialists to assemble teams and deliver compelling proposals.

You will manage the submission process, maintain audit trails, and support handover to delivery. Strong communication, organisation and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a bid environment and delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring people together.
• Highly organised, able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive approach and attention to detail; civils or utilities sector experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Work with Bid Managers to assemble diverse bid teams including executives, SMEs, subcontractors and designers.
• Act as a point of contact for clients during the bid process.
• Manage submissions through to contract award and support presentations/interviews.
• Maintain a full audit trail throughout the tender process until contract handover.
• Produce detailed contract handover packs and attend start-up meetings to ensure smooth delivery.
