Clancy is seeking an Associate Bid Manager to join our Bid team. You will help create best-in-class bid submissions that drive industry innovation and secure work that makes a real difference to our communities.
You will coordinate bid teams, act as the client contact, and manage submission processes through to contract award, ensuring a smooth transition from bid to delivery.

We're looking to hire an Associate Bid Manager to join our growing Bid team at Clancy. You will play a key role in helping to create successful, "best in class" bid submissions that lead to industry innovation and ensure we continue to secure work that makes a real difference to our communities.
You have previous experience working within a bid environment, with fantastic communication skills and a natural flair for bringing people together to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will be highly organised, confident in managing conflicting priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be computer literate and highly proficient in MS Office applications, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. Experience within the civils or utilities sector is preferred, and we would welcome applications from those with a background as an Associate Bid Manager or with several years of experience as a Bid Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.
