Job summary

Clancy is seeking an Associate Bid Manager to join our growing Bid team. You will help create best-in-class bid submissions that drive industry innovation and secure contracts that deliver real benefits to communities.

You will work closely with Bid Managers to coordinate diverse teams, act as a client contact during bids, manage submissions through to award, and support handover into delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bid environment and strong verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bid Managers to assemble diverse bid teams including executives and subject matter experts.
• Act as the point of contact for clients during the bid process.
• Manage submission requirements through to contract award, including presentation support.
• Maintain a full audit trail throughout the tender process until handover.
• Produce detailed contract handover packs and support start-up meetings.
