Job summary

Clancy is seeking an Associate Bid Manager to join our growing Bid team. You will help create successful, best-in-class bid submissions that lead to industry innovation and secure work that makes a real difference to our communities.

The role involves building bid teams, acting as client contact, coordinating submissions through to award, maintaining an audit trail, and supporting contract handover. You should be highly organized, with excellent communication and MS Office skills, and prefer

Qualifications

• Experience in bid environments and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of managing tight deadlines.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise conflicting demands.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bid Managers to assemble bid teams including executives, SMEs, subcontractors and designers.
• Act as a point of contact for clients during the bid process.
• Coordinate submissions through to award and support presentation/interview preparation.
• Maintain a full audit trail through the tender process until formal contract handover.
• Produce detailed contract handover packs and support start-up meetings.
