Clancy is seeking an Associate Bid Manager to join our Bid team in the UK. You will collaborate with bid managers to assemble diverse bid teams, act as the client contact during the bid process, and help manage submissions from proposal to contract award.

You will maintain rigorous audit trails and prepare detailed handover packs, ensuring a smooth transition from bid to delivery while supporting start‑up meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a bid environment with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Assemble bid teams with senior executives, SMEs, subcontractors and designers.
• Act as a primary contact for clients during the bid process.
• Manage submissions through to contract award, including presentation/interview support.
• Maintain a full audit trail throughout the tender process until handover.
• Produce detailed contract handover packs and support start‑up meetings for a smooth bid‑to‑delivery transition.
