Job summary

Clancy is seeking an Associate Bid Manager to join our Bid team in the UK. You will help create best in class bid submissions that win contracts and deliver real benefits to communities.

You will work with bid managers, executives and specialists, coordinating teams, preparing presentations and maintaining audit trails through tender processes.

The role requires excellent communication, organisation and proficiency with MS Office, with experience in civils or utilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bid environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to bring people together.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bid Managers to assemble diverse bid teams.
• Act as a point of contact for clients during the bid process.
• Manage submission requirements through to award and support presentation preparation.
• Maintain a full audit trail throughout the tender process until contract handover.
• Produce contract handover packs and support start-up meetings.
