Job summary

Clancy is looking for an Associate Bid Manager to join the Bid team in the UK. You will help assemble bid teams, liaise with clients during the process and support submissions from start to contract handover.

You will be highly organised, able to handle tight deadlines, and proficient in MS Office. Civils/utilities sector experience is a plus, with progression from Bid Coordinator roles welcome.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Computer literate with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bid Managers to assemble diverse bid teams.
• Act as client contact during the bid process.
• Support submissions through to award and contract handover.
• Maintain audit trails through tender process.
• Prepare contract handover packs and assist start-up meetings.
