Clancy is seeking an Associate Bid Manager to join our Bid team in the UK. You will collaborate with bid managers to assemble diverse bid teams, act as the client contact during the bid process, and help manage submissions from proposal to contract award.
You will maintain rigorous audit trails and prepare detailed handover packs, ensuring a smooth transition from bid to delivery while supporting start‑up meetings with stakeholders.

We’re looking to hire an Associate Bid Manager to join our growing Bid team at Clancy. You will play a key role in helping to create successful, “best in class” bid submissions that lead to industry innovation and ensure we continue to secure work that makes a real difference to our communities.
You have previous experience working within a bid environment, with fantastic communication skills and a natural flair for bringing people together to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will be highly organised, confidence in managing conflicting priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be computer literate and highly proficient in MS Office applications, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. Experience within the civils or utilities sector is preferred, and we would welcome applications from those with a background as an Associate Bid Manager or with several years of experience as a Bid Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.
