Boots Opticians in Barnstaple is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a diverse team across customer service, store operations and clinical activities. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver the commercial plan, shaping the customer journey and business growth in-store.

You will oversee rotas, performance reviews and development of team members, with access to industry-leading training and leadership programmes to advance your career in optics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver the commercial plan and drive store growth.
• Participate in store operations as well as clinical activities including patient pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks.
