Clarks in England is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational management to ensure the store runs smoothly and hits performance goals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in retail leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Comfortable driving KPIs and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
