Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (30hr) to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This hands-on leader will ensure the store runs smoothly, meets performance goals, and delivers exceptional customer service.

The role requires experience in retail leadership, a knack for hitting KPIs, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Join Clarks and help shape a positive store experience for customers.

Formación

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI's and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
