Job summary

MR MARVIS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our second London store, taking a lead role alongside the Store Manager. You’ll motivate the team, maintain high store standards, and help run daily operations, stock control and front-line customer service.

You’ll co-lead scheduling, drive KPIs, support training, and be ready to step in during the manager's absence. This role demands a proactive, store‑facing innovator with a passion for our brand and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador and motivate the team.
• Co-own staff scheduling and productivity planning.
• Train and upskill staff and monitor KPIs.
• Lead store in Store Manager’s absence and support stock management.
