Job summary

RHR in Central London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a flagship store and inspire a team of around 20 colleagues. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

The role focuses on coaching, driving engagement on the shop floor, and maintaining a high-energy, customer-centric culture that supports continued growth and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Floor Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager within a customer-focused retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
• Strong commercial awareness and experience driving conversion and sales performance
• Energetic, hands-on leadership style
• Excellent communication and people management skills

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy flagship location
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of approximately 20 team members
• Driving conversion, customer engagement and service excellence across the sales floor
• Coaching colleagues to achieve and exceed individual and store performance targets
• Creating a positive, high-energy culture that delivers an exceptional customer experience
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing actions to maximise sales opportunities
• Acting as a role model for customer service and leadership standards
