Job summary

Vilgain is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to join our London store team as the Store Manager’s right hand, guiding day-to-day operations and modeling excellence on the shop floor. You will help create an environment where customers enjoy shopping with Vilgain for both products and experience.

You will motivate the sales team, plan shifts, and oversee stock, cash desk, and orders while upholding Vilgain standards. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Store Manager and step in during their absence.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customers enjoy the Vilgain experience.
• Drive active sales, give customer advice, and represent the Vilgain brand.
• Participate in projects that advance the retail business.
