DEBRA's Lanark store is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering strong store performance and ensuring an inclusive, supportive environment for colleagues and volunteers. The role is full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week, five days out of seven, with a salary of £24,096.80 per annum (£13.24 per hour).

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing management of paid colleagues and volunteers.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Support the Store Manager in maximising profits to increase store contribution.
• Use visual merchandising to keep the store commercially appealing.
• Help generate donated goods to meet processing targets and maintain shop density.
• Deputise for the Store Manager when required, ensuring continuity of leadership and operations.
