Job summary

DEBRA International is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for our Lanark store to support the Store Manager in delivering strong store performance across physical and digital channels. You will help lead an inclusive team of staff and volunteers, modelling our values and delivering impact for the EB community.

This full-time, permanent role is 35 hours per week, across 5 days from 7, with a salary of £24,096.80 per annum (£13.24 per hour).

Qualifications

Strong customer service and retail administration skills.
Ability to support store operations and lead when required.
Experience coordinating volunteers and staff.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment, induction and ongoing management of paid colleagues and volunteers.
Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Support Store Manager in maximising profits to increase overall contribution.
Use visual merchandising to keep the store commercially appealing and well presented.
Help generate quality donated goods to meet processing targets and shop density levels.
Deputise for the Store Manager ensuring continuity of leadership and operations.
