Based at Unit B, 63 Newcastle Avenue, Worksop, the role is 35 hours per week with a focus on stock movement, loss prevention, and staff development. A flexible schedule including weekends is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fashion environment.
• Experience leading a team in a customer-service setting.
• Flexible working hours including weekends/bank holidays.
• Ability to liaise with diverse people.
• Ability to meet customer needs face-to-face and drive sales.
• Experience working with budgets and targets.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing a team.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and using IT systems for admin.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day store operations and lead a team of staff and volunteers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation in-store.
• Implement promotions and branding as directed by Head Office or Area Manager.
• Maintain stock availability and shop floor presentation at all times.
• Provide training and appraisals to staff to improve performance.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers to meet store objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure cash handling and security procedures are followed.
• Keep shop secure when unattended.
