Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Bicester to support the delivery of high-quality homes. You will assist the site manager with safety, meetings, and coordination of trades on site.

The role requires proven supervisory experience in residential builds, strong knowledge of NHBC standards and health & safety regulations, and valid CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid qualifications. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience on residential developments.
• Knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations.
• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS certification and First Aid at Work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with construction methods and health & safety regulations; support site manager in corrective actions and risk management.
• Coordinate with utility companies, trades and suppliers for timely delivery and quality.
• Attend and support weekly site meetings to promote communication, standards and safety.
• Maintain site presentation, document control, and manage site inductions for all personnel.
• Monitor health & safety practices, accident reporting and environmental policies.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, snagging and adherence to standards.
• Assist in customer-facing activities including home demonstrations and service visits.
