Job summary

Sphere Solutions seeks an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a residential new build project. You will use drawings and instructions to support the Site Manager across the construction cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and NHBC standards are achieved.

You will hold a CSCS card and SMSTS, with First Aider at Work and NHBC accreditation preferred. The role includes health and safety oversight, trades and material coordination, site presentation and handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience on residential new build sites.
• Qualified First Aider at Work.
• CSCS Card holder.
• SMSTS qualification.
• NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme preferred.

Job description

Sphere Solutions recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager, you will have relevant previous site experience gained building residential new build homes. Using specified drawings and instructions, you’ll support the Site Manager with the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards. Based on site and reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll assist in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material co‑ordination, site presentation and handovers.

Required to be a qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background. You will hold a CSCS Card and SMSTS, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
