Job summary

ITS Construction Professionals is recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a residential housebuilding project in Hereford. You will support the Site Manager, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor build quality and safety to ensure milestones are met on time.

The role requires previous experience in new-build residential construction, strong health & safety knowledge, CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Site Manager in residential housebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of new-build residential construction.
• CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid and driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day development running.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor build quality, progress and safety.
• Assist with site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and site team.
• Support completion and handover to programme.
