Barratt Developments plc is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee development sites through to completion. You will work under the Site Manager to ensure programme, quality and cost targets are achieved, coordinating on-site trades and subcontractors and maintaining strong customer service.

The role embraces a hybrid working approach with office, site and sales office time, and offers a competitive benefits package including private medical cover and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating trades and managing on-site teams to meet production programmes.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Customer service orientation and ability to liaise with Sales teams and site stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme
• Work with the Sales Team to attend Sales/Build meetings and inspect show homes
• Accept responsibility for duties as assigned by the Site Manager; deputise when required
• Ensure on-site Construction team is resourced with clear roles, training and workload planning
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company guidelines
