Job summary

Barratt Developments plc is seeking a Site Manager to support delivery of residential developments across the UK. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll help manage the site programme, quality and cost targets, coordinating the on-site team and subcontractors.

You will coordinate trades, attend Sales/Build meetings, deputise when needed, and ensure resources, clear guidance, and excellent customer service. The role requires membership of the Chartered Institute of Builders or NVQ Construction

Qualifications

• Experience managing on-site construction programs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders or NVQ Construction Management.
• Knowledge of NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure on-site resources and guidance are clear and well directed.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
