Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is looking for a proactive Site Manager to support multiple sites across the South East. You will work under the Site Manager to ensure programmes, quality and cost targets are achieved through effective management of site teams and subcontractors.

You will coordinate trades, liaise with Sales teams, deputise when required, and drive customer service on site. Candidates should hold an NVQ Construction Management or be Chartered with CIoB, with strong Health & Safety knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience managing build programs on site.
• Membership/qualification with CIoB and/or NVQ Construction Management.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service on site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings and ensure procedures are followed; inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure on-site team is resourced and well-directed with clear responsibilities and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
