Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking an Aftersales Manager for the Canterbury area in Kent to lead the service department at a busy main dealership. You will oversee all operations, drive staff performance and coach the team for long-term progression while ensuring customer satisfaction and cost control.

You will monitor KPIs, review CSI results and recruitment as needed, aiming to boost service quality and brand ambassador excellence across the dealership network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager who is successful in their current position
• Able to act as a leader and ambassador for the Brand and Dealer group
• Demonstrates a stable career path

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations
• Review CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction
• Challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff
• Manage, coach and motivate the team for long-term staff development
• Control costs for the department and monitor budgets
• Review Service KPIs to track performance and identify trends
• Oversee recruitment as required
• Analyze performance to identify weaknesses and targeted marketing activity
