The Avenues Trust Group is seeking a full-time Assistant Service Manager in Addlestone to support young adults with learning disabilities and autism. This role involves managing a team, ensuring safety while promoting positive risk-taking, and making a significant impact on individuals' lives. We are looking for a full time (39 hours) Assistant Service Manager to join the team at Addlestone, you will be working alongside another Assistant Service Manager in this exciting role
This service supports young adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. This will be across three 24 hour homes and supporting individuals within their own homes and their community.
This role within Addlestone Community covers; Addlestone, Chertsey and Woking area and the role requires you to be fully flexible hold a Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
