A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Permanent Assistant Service Manager (Full-Time 37.5 hrs) shared between our service in Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career with support to develop, or for someone who is looking to get stuck into a new challenge.
The role of the ASM will be to mentor and manage a tight team of Support Workers as well as ensuring the smooth running of the service alongside the Service Manager.
You will be required to work flexibly across the week to ensure that management support is available across site, alongside the rest of the management team.
You will need to be confident enough to lead, support and direct staff and flourish in a management role.
