Duties of an Assistant Sales Manager:

• Assisting with the sale of quality used vehicles and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Supporting vehicle presentation on the forecourt, maintaining high standards
• Organising and maintaining the vehicle pitch and managing vehicle collection/delivery when needed
• Assisting with sourcing and organising vehicle parts
• Supporting online marketing activities, including vehicle advertising and social media campaigns
• Ensuring efficient dealership operations on a daily basis
• Working closely with the owners to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements of an Assistant Sales Manager:

• Previous experience within the motor trade, ideally in vehicle sales or related roles
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the dealership
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised, reliable, and capable of working independently
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Experience with vehicle advertising, social media, or digital marketing is advantageous but not essential
