Our client is a successful and growing independent used car retailer based in Langley Park, Durham (DH7). Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced and hands‑on Sales Manager to oversee their sales operation and support the day‑to‑day running of the dealership.

This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the business, from managing a small sales team and purchasing stock to ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for sale.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for the dealership's sales performance while playing a key role in the overall operation of the business. This is a hands‑on management position suited to someone who can lead from the front and drive both sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and support a small sales team.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
