Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Weybridge

Brand: Leaders

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:45am - 17:30pm, every other Saturday 09:00am - 13:00pm

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, professional person to join Leaders Romans Group in the role of Assistant Sales Manager.

Working for one of the largest independent property services companies in the UK, this is a busy and varied role, floating between our Weybridge and Woking offices, covering a large area of Surrey and offering lots of autonomy and scope to progress.

The successful candidate will live within a close proximity of either Weybridge or Woking and will have at least two years of experience in residential sales, with this being their current, or a very recent, role.

This is a full-time, permanent position and will require high levels of energy, focus, dedication, initiative and desire to succeed, with excellent earning potential, superb working hours and career development opportunities in return!

Duties will include:

  • Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch.
  • Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties.
  • Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
  • Accountable quality of customer care.
  • Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
  • Register, qualify and manage applicants.
  • Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
  • To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
  • To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
  • Develop the core business in the branch.
  • Assist with the management of the team

Skills required:

  • Previous experience within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Listing & valuation experience.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
  • A full UK driving license
