Job Description: Assistant Sales Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, career-driven, and experienced in the current sales market.

Duties will include:
  • Growing the volume of new sales business and income for the branch.
  • Appraising and instructing residential sales properties.
  • Identifying potential business opportunities and referring them to the appropriate division.
  • Ensuring high-quality customer care.
  • Meeting and exceeding targets for lettings business.
  • Registering, qualifying, and managing applicants.
  • Arranging and conducting viewing appointments to secure property lets.
  • Working in accordance with all legal obligations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
  • Implementing effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
  • Developing the core business in the branch.
  • Assisting with team management.

  • Experience in a senior sales position with a proven track record in securing new business.
