Park Plaza Riverbank is seeking an Assistant Back of House Manager to lead daily back-of-house operations across kitchens, oversee stock, and ensure high standards of service, health and safety, and compliance.

You will train staff, manage rotas and payroll, liaise with suppliers, and drive cost-efficient initiatives while upholding Park Plaza's hospitality excellence.
