As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our charity shop, supporting the Shop Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
Assistant Retail Manager
Salary: £10,158.93 per year (full time equivalent £23,810)
Hours: 16 hours per week
Contract type: Fixed term contract until end of March 2027
Additional information: Occasional weekend work may be required
Typical working hours: 10:00 – 14:00, four days per week

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our charity shop, supporting the Shop Manager to keep everything running smoothly and successfully. From inspiring and leading our amazing volunteers to managing stock and creating a vibrant, welcoming shopping experience, you’ll help drive sales and achieve key targets that fund life‑changing work.
