They’re now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the front‑of‑house team and deliver a consistently first‑class experience for their members and guests.

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the restaurant
  • Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional service for members and guests
  • Taking charge of service during busy periods, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conducting pre‑service briefs, sharing menu updates and maintaining clear communication with the kitchen
  • Stepping up as Duty Manager when required and ensuring seamless coordination across all departments
