AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead the daily Food and Beverage operations. You will ensure high standards of service, oversee cost controls, and participate in management meetings to align with the business plan goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to supervising shifts, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing food and beverage outlets and costs.
• Experience in duty management and team leadership.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily F&B operation and profitability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for Restaurant, Bar and Room service.
• Communicate with F&B Manager, Head Chef and Operations Manager.
