• Experience in supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Warm personality and passion for delivering hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational skills and proactive approach.
• Willing to work shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Manage breakfast, restaurant and room service.
• Optimise reservations and guest spend with OpenTable.
• Oversee stock control and cost monitoring.
• Support budgeted gross profit targets and staff training.
