Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Prestigious Development) | £25,000 – £35,000 + package | Permanent | Central London

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + package

A multi-faceted main contractor with over 30 years’ experience in the industry has a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a prestigious project in Canary Wharf.

The company covers a number of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial and educational for both public and private clients, from small residential developments to multi-million pound high‑class new build and refurbishment contracts.

They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a long‑term, prestigious scheme in Canary Wharf, comprising a 20+ storey, RC frame, high‑spec residential development consisting of over 170 units. Reporting to the Project Surveyor, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be fully involved in all commercial aspects of the project, which is due to be completed towards the end of 2018.

Experience

• Ideally Degree qualified or HND qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor
