Boots Opticians is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver an exemplary customer journey in-store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver the commercial plan and support growth and change within the business.

You will handle customer service, store operations and clinical activities including patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks while managing a diverse team, rotas, reviews and performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
